We are looking for sales representative for our Lactation Smoothie and Toddler Snack Lines.

As a Sales Representative you will work independently, in close coordination with our team, focusing on developing new accounts and maintaining current accounts within the industry.

 A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of products in new and existing accounts.  Lastly and most importantly you will be responsible for accurately tracking and reporting your results and measuring them against assigned goals to determine your effect on area sales.


·       Must be 21 or over

·       Must have current driver’s license and clean driving record.

·       1 year of outside sales preferred.

Regional Sales Manager

If you have experience in sales to medical professionals, pediatricians, hospitals, health care industry and are excited about startup up environment that position is for you.

We are an Organic baby food company offering lactation product for nursing moms that is well received and recommended by lactation consultants, pediatricians and other medical providers.

We have been receiving several requests from Pediatrician offices, lactation consultants and birth centers about our product and need a sales professional who will take over our medical sales and distribution.

The Regional Sales Representative will open new accounts, develop relationships, and partner with local medical professionals to achieve sales objectives. The position requires a self- motivated, organized, and energetic individual with an interest in personally growing and learning quickly to adapt to our changing business needs.


  • Identify industry influencers and develop relationship with key influencers in the region: that includes face-to-face meetings, medical office visits, follow-ups, participating in association meetings, conferences.
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of key contacts ,influencers in the territory
  • Work with the team to develop detailing pitch for medical professionals.
  • Sell the product to new accounts- birth centers etc...
  • Enhance the business by gaining new points of distribution
  • Educate retail accounts, distributor reps, and customers regarding benefits of the product.


  • Proven success in sales call strategies and working with or for a distributor
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Presentation planning and sales materials development
  • Ability to manage a sales budget and provide weekly reporting on performance
  • Ability to formulate account strategies and execute against them
  • Must be able to use basic features in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and relevant work experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
